BEST TIME TO CALL: 11am-6pm HAWAII TIME on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

(I try to limit my hours of customer service to these 3 days and the hours listed above.)

VOICE MAIL NOTE: I don’t always listen to my voice mails the same day so you will probably get a reply via text messaging quicker than leaving a voicemail.

TIMING: Saturdays and every other Sunday are my days off.  If you don’t receive a reply the same day please call or text again during the “best time to call” vs. leaving a voicemail if possible as we will usually connect sooner this way.

URGENT ISSUE: Contact me via text message at the number listed above.

TEXTING: Please feel free to text me preferably during the best time to call listed above for any inquiry just text a short message to me and I will either text or call you back.  You may initiate an order over the phone just text “ORDER” and I will call you back as soon as I can to complete the order over the phone. You may also include the name and address but don’t text me your credit card number as we will do the payment over the phone when we discuss the order details and actually schedule a date for your order to be shipped.  If you’re in need of plant care advice please text, “PLANT CARE” and please include a photo of the plant.

EMAIL NOTE: Please allow up to one week for a response.

(Depending on the day of the week time may be needed in order to reply. I try to reply to all emails each week on Monday if not right away.)

 Aloha and Mahalo!
