Since there is no online shopping cart feature yet all orders will have to be completed over the phone. You can e-mail me the name and address to ship to along with any other needed information such as gift message. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted OVER THE PHONE.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS WITH THE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE OR WITH THE PRIORITY MAIL HOLD FOR PICK UP OPTION, BUT TEMPERATURES MUST REMAIN BETWEEN 35f- 50f ALL DAY, DURING THE DAY FOR THE THREE DAY WINDOW OF ARRIVAL.(REGARDLESS OF NIGHT TIME TEMPERATURES) AS A HOLD FOR PICK UP ORDER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE WHERE IT WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR YOU TO PICK UP THERE. THE HOLD FOR PICK UP OPTION IS DONE TO HELP ENSURE THE LIVE PLANT STAYS AT IDEAL TEMPERATURES UNTIL YOU GET IT, THUS AVOIDING THE COLD/HOT AIR THAT CAN COME IN AND OUT OF A DELIVERY VEHICLE.
EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE IS SUGGESTED WHEN DAYTIME TEMPERATURES BARELY REMAIN ABOVE 35f ALL DAY. IF TEMPERATURES ARE AT LEAST ABOVE 30f ALL DAY THEN THIS IS WHEN WE MUST USE EXPRESS MAIL. THE ORDER WILL ALSO BE SCHEDULED AS A HOLD FOR PICK UP AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE WHERE IT CAN BE SCHEDULED FOR YOU TO PICK UP THERE. EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE DELIVERY TIMES TAKES ABOUT 2-3 DAYS.

YOU CAN HAVE US CHECK YOUR WEATHER FORECAST ONCE EVERY WEEK UNTIL YOUR ORDER SHIPS, OR IF YOU KNOW IT WILL BE TOO COLD FOR US TO SHIP RIGHT NOW THEN LET US KNOW WHEN PLACING AN ORDER DURING COLD MONTHS WHICH MONTH WE SHOULD START CHECKING THE WEATHER ONCE A WEEK UNTIL IT SHIPS AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW YOUR WEATHER HISTORY BEST.
Plants are like people. We cannot guarantee that they will grow under all conditions. Likewise, we cannot guarantee that the act of shipping the product will not cause some harm to the living plant. However, we DO guarantee that we will ship you the freshest, quality product available. If you find that your plant arrives in a non grow-able condition, please contact us within the next business day with any claims and/or discrepancies. Include a photo VIA EMAIL just after unpacking the order, and we will work with you in the spirit of aloha to resolve the matter.
If you received a plant that you believe isn’t in good condition then please send photos right away to prove this is how it looked upon arrival, which will be dated VIA EMAIL to document your claim on the condition of how the plant(s) were received. The shipping box itself can often look very beat up upon arrival, but usually the plants show up just fine. If we see proof that the plant was received in a non grow-able condition, we will schedule a completely free replacement order.
If something more minor occurs, such as a broken leaf then I’m sorry about that , but your plant’s ability to grow won’t be affected . If more serious issues with acclimation to your plants new home occur within the first 30 days then please document the issue upon arrival with photos emailed in right away and include content regarding your claim/discrepancy. I will reply acknowledging your concern and might ask you to call me to go over some of the key points of care and then give at least a couple weeks to see if it will hopefully recover. If it doesn’t bounce back and show signs of recovery via more documentation of photos emailed in then a free replacement order can be scheduled as long as all documentation is reported during the first 30 days.
If your order doesn’t arrive within 4-5 days of the scheduled shipping date please contact us right away VIA TEXT if possible. If you cannot send a text message to this number then call 808-276-3911. We will track the order and do our best to get it to you right away. If your order doesn’t arrive within a week from the date it was shipped and you don’t attempt to contact us within that week, we will ask you to pay for at minimum s/h fees on a replacement order, a rare situation…
If you contact me right away regarding an order gone missing then we can set up a completely free replacement order after we confirm the details over the phone.
We will kindly reship you a replacement plant, provided documentation as outlined above is complete and apologize in advance if you are one of the very few people that this can sometimes happen to.
An order can only be tracked within 120 days from the shipping date and therefor if a claim for a lost order is not made within 120 days, your order will be considered complete.
Refunds will not be provided for any issues regarding a mail order. If you have an issue within the first month we can discuss the possibility of setting up a discounted replacement order if needed.
